KultourZeit Crossword Puzzle Contest

The summer issue of Kultour Z. GmbH’s customer magazine, *KultourZeit*, features a crossword puzzle on page 25. One prize will be awarded by random drawing from among all entries with the correct solution; this is therefore a contest. Our contest runs from June 18, 2026, until September 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Participation is free of charge and not contingent on the purchase of any goods or services. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant expressly accepts the following terms and conditions.

Contest Rules at a Glance:

To enter, you must submit the correct answer by mail to Kultour Z. GmbH (Bergmannsstraße 1, 08056 Zwickau) or by email tokultourzeit@kultour-z.de.

The winner will be notified of the prize by mail or email, depending on the contact information provided.

Prize:

One pair of tickets to see Felix Räuber (November 29, 2026, König Albert Theater, Bad Elster) will be raffled off among all entries.

Your information and terms and conditions:

The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is Kultour Z. GmbH. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to Kultour Z. (gewinnspiel@kultour-z.de). Only persons who are residents of Germany and who have declared their participation in the respective contest within the promotional period and in the manner described in the contest text are eligible to participate. Subsequent entries will not be considered in the selection process, regardless of the reason for the delay. Kultour Z. cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, in particular network, electronic, or computer failures. The winner will be notified of their prize by mail or email, depending on the contact information they provided. We will also inform them of the deadline by which the prize must be picked up at the Tourist Information office. If the prize is not picked up within this period, it will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Cash payment, payment in kind, or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is transferable. Kultour Z. is entitled to exclude participants from the contest if there is suspicion that they have violated the terms and conditions of participation or engaged in other forms of manipulation, and, if necessary, to subsequently revoke and reclaim the prize.

Privacy Notice:

To the extent that Kultour Z. collects, processes, and/or uses participants’ personal data, this is done solely for the purpose of conducting the contest. The data will be irrevocably deleted upon completion of the contest. In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, we hereby inform you of your right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, as well as your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Kultour Z. at any time without prior notice.
