The "Neue Welt" concert and ballroom strives to make the experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible for guests with disabilities. Here is the most important information regarding this:
Parking
There are 8 accessible parking spaces located right in front of the entrance to the lobby. The walk from the public transit stop (tram) is only about 20 meters.
Access to the Ballroom
From the accessible parking space, it’s just a few steps to the entrance of the “Neue Welt” concert and ballroom. The entrance door is 200 cm wide. The entire route through the foyer and into the large Art Nouveau hall is on one level. If you need help finding your seat, our staff will be happy to assist you.
Restrooms
There is an accessible restroom located right next to the foyer entrance on the right-hand side, which is clearly marked. The door to the restroom is 97 cm wide and can be unlocked from the outside. An emergency bell is located inside the restroom. Inside, you will find two grab bars next to the toilets, one of which can be folded down.
The following floor space is available around the toilets: in front – 295 x 110 cm | to the left – 190 x 110 cm | to the right – 190 x 160 cm
Seating
We have reserved seats in the stalls of the auditorium for our guests with disabilities. We will, of course, try to reserve a seat nearby for their companion, if ticket availability permits.
Tickets and Discounts
Whether and to what extent discounts are available for people with disabilities or those with severe disabilities depends on the event and the organizer. Please contact our ticket service for more information.
