Fall Market
Once a year, at the start of the golden season, the popular fall market takes place in the heart of Zwickau.
Come experience the cozy atmosphere, autumnal charm, and quality products at a small market that invites you to browse and linger.
On the last weekend in September, Zwickau’s Kornmarkt will once again be transformed into a beautiful, colorful marketplace. Accompanied by the lively music of DuoLiedFass, visitors will have two days to stroll around and watch numerous vendors and artisans at work. They will showcase their crafts and artistic skills and offer a variety of handmade products for sale.
Families with children, in particular, will find plenty to enjoy at our market. Activities such as making autumn decorations, trying out letterpress printing that dates back over 100 years, and playing simple games will keep the little ones happily engaged.
In addition to several food stalls offering both hearty, spicy and wonderfully sweet treats, the First Inn Hotel caters to visitors’ culinary needs. From traditional pumpkin soup to delicious tarte flambée and the ever-popular bratwurst, the market has something to suit every taste.

Saxony Market
Here, customers can expect a colorful mix of fresh products and many items that make life more enjoyable.
The spacious Zwickau Main Market, located between the Schumann Monument and the Schumann House, offers plenty of room for an open-air shopping experience.
There are approximately 50 vendors selling meat, sausage, fish, cheese, and dairy products. You’ll also find honey, baked goods, vegetables, plants, and spices. The selection is rounded out by clothing, leather goods, jewelry, accessories, home décor, kitchenware, and much more.

Marienplatz
The weekly market at Marienplatz takes place every Thursday and Friday.
