On January 30 and 31, the Sparkassen-Arena Zwickau will open its doors for the region’s largest education fair. In the coming years, companies will face the challenge of generational change and addressing the shortage of skilled workers. Seasoned and experienced skilled workers are retiring due to age, and they must be replaced either by young talent or by already trained professionals.
